Beyond Housing recently received $150,000 in rent and mortgage assistance and $100,000 in utility assistance from the CARES Act and St. Louis County to help families who reside in the 24:1 Community. Funding is available on a first come first served basis for a very limited number of families.

Families must be experiencing a COVID-19 related hardship and provide documentation to that end. Additionally, they must meet certain income limitations, rent must be at or below fair market rate as defined by HUD, and some other restrictions.
