COVID-19 Testing and Criteria
Good afternoon, residents. We want to make sure information about testing centers and the criteria for testing is reaching everyone.
The Health Department wants to be sure all citizens, know these resources are available.
The St. Louis County Department of Public Health is posting updates to the following social media sites. Please assist us and other residents by sharing any information we post. We will all get through this together.

Testing Centers:
YOU MUST CALL BEFORE ARRIVING AT ANY TESTING FACILITY. Call the number closest to your location. An operator will transfer you to a screener to get authorization for testing and give further instructions.
North County: 314-653-5000
Mid County: 314-747-3000
West County: 314-251-0500
South County: 314-966-9666
Further, all SSM Health area hospitals can be reached for testing information at ssmhealth.com/covid19.
Criteria for testing:
New criteria for COVID-19 testing:
· Close contact of a COVID patient WITH symptoms.
· High risk (age or underlying medical condition) WITH symptoms.
· Hospitalized WITH symptoms.
Symptoms include:
· Fever
· Cough
· Shortness of Breath
